Paid Remote Internship Programme

Job Description:

The Evatix Design Internship Programme 2026 is a full-time, paid remote internship for aspiring UI/UX Designers, Graphic Designers, and Motion Designers. This programme is designed to help beginners gain real-world experience by working on international-standard projects. Interns will learn through guided tasks, mentorship, structured feedback loops, and practical project involvement.

Job Responsibilities (Day-to-Day):

- Complete assigned design tasks within deadlines.

- Communicate progress clearly and ask questions when unsure.

- Participate in team meetings, review sessions, and training calls.

- Maintain clean, organised design files following team standards.

- Be open to feedback and implement changes quickly and accurately.

- Learn new tools or techniques when required by the team.

- Show ownership, discipline, and respect for timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design Intern (3 Positions)

- Support in creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

-Assist with layout design, visual hierarchy, and component consistency.

- Conduct small-scale design research and usability checks when guided.

- Participate in review sessions and apply feedback accurately and on time.

Graphic Design Intern (1 Position)

- Prepare marketing graphics, social posts, presentation materials, and branding items.

- Follow brand guidelines while also exploring creative approaches.

- Assist seniors with typography, layout, banner design, and print/digital-ready files.

- Learn proper organisation of design files and assets.

Motion Design Intern (1 Position)

- Create animations, motion graphics, simple video edits, and UI motion snippets.

- Support in preparing storyboards and visual samples.

- Work with After Effects / Premiere Pro for animation and editing tasks.

- Learn to prepare smooth transitions, effects, and timing for professional motion work.

Selection Process:

1: Application Submission- submit portfolio and details through the Google Form.

2: Shortlisting- based on portfolio quality and suitability.

3: Live Interview- short discussion to evaluate communication, passion, and fundamentals.

4: 1-Week Trial- practical tasks to evaluate real-world performance.

Participants who are not selected will receive ৳2,000 as appreciation.

5: 3-Month Internship- monthly stipend: ৳10,000.

6: Full-Time Opportunity- high performers may receive an offer.

Role:

Interns will support the internal Product & Design teams by assisting with design tasks, creating visual assets, participating in discussions, and contributing to ongoing projects. You will learn to follow a complete design workflow, including planning, prototyping, design execution, revision cycles, and final delivery.

Working Hours & Expectations:

1: Monday-Friday, full Evatix working hours. 40 hours per week, flexible but must follow Evatix HR Policy.

2: Strict adherence to deadlines.

3: Active participation in meetings, reviews, and training.

4: High discipline and proactive communication.

5: Taking ownership of tasks and learning continuously.

Authority:

Design Interns will work under the supervision of:

- Senior Designers

- Product Designers

- Management Team (for programme overview)

Interns cannot approve designs, send final files to clients, or make major design decisions independently. You will always submit your work for review. This structure ensures consistent quality and helps you learn professional workflows safely.

Education:

- No specific degree is required.

- Applicants from any academic background are welcome.

- What matters most is portfolio quality, skill, and willingness to learn.

Experience:

  • - No professional experience required.
  • - Basic understanding of design principles is recommended.
  • - Personal projects, coursework, freelance work, or self-learning will be considered as experience.

Skills & Tools Required:

UI/UX Interns

  • - Must: Figma
  • - Bonus: Photoshop, Illustrator, basic prototyping tools

Graphic Design Interns

  • - Must: Photoshop, Illustrator
  • - Bonus: InDesign, After Effects

 

Motion Design Interns

  • - Must: After Effects, Premiere Pro
  • - Bonus: Blender, Spline

Requirements:

Must-Have:

  1. A portfolio showcasing your recent work.
  2. Full-time availability for the entire internship period.
  3. Ability to understand instructions and follow structured guidelines.
  4. Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
  5. Personal device that meets the minimum computer specifications.
  6. Stable high-speed internet connection.

 

Nice to have:

  • - Understanding of design systems and responsive layouts.
  • - Basic knowledge of motion concepts, even for UI/UX or graphic roles.
  • - Familiarity with multiple design tools.
  • - Previous teamwork experience in any form (academic or freelance).

Computer Requirements:

Interns must work on a machine capable of handling design workflows smoothly:

Processor: Intel i5 11th Gen / Ryzen 5 or higher / MAC M2+ Processor

RAM: 16 GB or higher

Storage: 256 GB SSD or higher

Graphics: Dedicated GPU recommended for motion/video roles

OS: Windows 11 or macOS

Important Note: These are baseline standards. Designers must understand the hardware they need for smooth workflows. Slow devices or repeated excuses regarding poor performance will not be accepted. Your ability to manage tools and performance is part of the job.
